Can you bring your dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must remain on leads.
Tickets On The Day...
It may be possible to buy tickets on the day if we have any left to sell - we are capping numbers this year to avoid overcrowding with Covid in mind! We suggest buying online on the day to avoid disappointment, save queuing and potentially being turned away!
What is disabled access like ?
We have done everything we can to make sure the fair is as disabled friendly as possible, with designated parking spaces, loos and Wheels of Freedom offer a mobility scooter service on the gate. These frequently get booked out early so book direct as soon as you can here.
If it's wet, will there still be an Oak Fair ?
Absolutely! Only in the case of severe weather warnings or high winds would the show not go on.
How do I apply for a trade stand?
At our current size, we are fairly tightly packed for trade stands! However, we do try and accommodate as many local traders as we can. If you wish to be considered please send an email to oakfair@stockgaylard.com with some photos or a link to your work.
